Sa'd ibn Abi Waqqas (RA) was one of the ten promised paradise, the first archer in Islam, and the general who conquered the Persian Empire at the Battle of al-Qadisiyya. The Prophet ﷺ prayed: 'O Allah, answer his supplication' — making Sa'd's du'a one of the most answered in Islamic history. He lived to 80+ years, the last of the ten promised paradise to die.
